• 1–3 years of experience in personal lines insurance or related role.
• Active Property & Casualty license, or ability to obtain within a designated timeframe.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using carrier websites and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide client service and account management for Personal Lines clients.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and billing inquiries.
• Collaborate with Producers and Sales team on new and existing accounts.
• Ensure transactions comply with regulations and protect client confidentiality.
