Job summary

Cross Family of Agencies in Beverly, MA is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to service personal lines policies, maintain client relationships, and support underwriters and claims representatives.

Responsibilities include maintaining a Property & Casualty license with CE, using Applied Epic and PL Rater, processing payments, and achieving annual sales goals while delivering quality customer service. This on-site role offers a base salary with benefits.

Qualifications

• Maintain a Property & Casualty license and complete CE credits.
• Service and sell personal insurance products to clients.
• Strong written, oral, and phone communication skills.
• Familiar with Applied Epic and PL Rater.
• Meet annual sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Service a book of business with renewals and new policies.
• Build relationships with customers, underwriters, and centers of practice.
• Process payments and update activity notes in Applied.
• Stay current on products and market trends.
