Job summary

CPS, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking a detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to manage an existing book of personal insurance business and deliver exceptional service to clients.

You will update policies, handle renewals and endorsements, answer coverage questions, and work closely with carriers to resolve issues, while building lasting client relationships in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Experience in Personal Lines account management or customer service.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of Personal Lines insurance accounts.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, endorsements, billing inquiries, and coverage questions.
• Prepare and process new business, renewals, and policy updates.
• Review policies for accuracy and identify opportunities for additional coverage.
• Build lasting relationships with clients while delivering excellent customer service.
• Work closely with carriers and internal team members to resolve policy issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the agency management system.
