Job summary

The Law Offices of Kanner & Pintaluga PA in Coral Gables, FL seeks a Litigation Attorney with 3–5 years of Personal Injury experience to represent clients, discuss cases, and handle communications with insurance companies. The attorney will prepare cases for trial and try cases when needed.

Candidates must be admitted to the Florida Bar in good standing and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and independence with teamwork is valued.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 3–5 years of Personal Injury litigation experience.
• Member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Ability to evaluate claims and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss cases and build trust.
• Update clients and communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and offers.
• Prepare cases for trial and try cases if needed.
