Qualifications

• Ability to work with the public; prior client service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with teammates and customers.
• Basic math skills to handle transactions.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during peak periods and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in using standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service and process transactions accurately in person and by phone.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, checks, and transfers with attention to security and accuracy.
• Educate and demonstrate bank products to clients to meet financial needs.
• Adhere to bank policies and federal/state regulations and security protocols.
• Balance daily transactions and escalate issues to supervisors when needed.
• Support branch operations and assist at other locations as required.
