Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust in Los Angeles Metropolitan is seeking a Financial Services Representative to be the front-line contact for customers. The role focuses on opening new accounts, handling teller transactions, and addressing inquiries in person and by phone.

You will balance cash, learn bank products to recommend suitable services, and support onboarding activities. Strong math, customer service, bilingual Spanish preferred, and confidentiality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts for commercial and consumer clients; provide product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Perform teller duties and balance cash drawer; know ATM, Vault, and GL accounts procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service for lobby and phone requests; resolve client problems and follow up.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships; participate in training to expand knowledge.
• Assist in opening/closing the branch per security procedures; comply with policies and regulations.
