Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a motivated full-time student in Colorado to assist clients with investing, retirement planning, and education savings. You will learn to build and maintain client relationships, listen to goals, and recommend solutions while preparing for FINRA licenses through our licensing program.

You will gain exposure to financial markets, retirement products, and planning resources, with ongoing training on AI-augmented platforms and a focus on exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Full-time student pursuing a bachelor's degree with expected graduation date of December 2026-May/June 2027.
• Interest in financial services, sales, or client relationship management.
• Willingness to obtain FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses within the required timeframe through the licensing program.
• Commitment to ongoing learning of AI-augmented platforms.
• FINRA licenses are required and will be supported for this role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for clients seeking guidance on investing, retirement planning, education savings, and account-related questions.
• Build relationships with clients by understanding their goals, needs, and financial priorities.
• Use a consultative approach to identify opportunities and recommend appropriate solutions, products, or resources.
• Educate clients on investment offerings, retirement plans, and financial planning resources.
• Help retain and grow client relationships through exceptional service and proactive outreach.
• Identify clients who may benefit from advanced financial planning conversations and connect them with specialized financial consultants.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure clients receive appropriate support and solutions.
• Develop expertise in financial markets, investment products, retirement planning, and industry regulations.
• Meet individual and team goals related to client experience, relationship growth, and business development.
• Support clients in Workplace Retirement or Personal Investors business areas.
