Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related software.
• Broad knowledge of bank products and services.
• Knowledge of federal and state banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective analytical and mathematical reasoning skills with problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects, in person and over the telephone.
• Support firm-wide achievement of the three-ring standard (all phones answered by a live person within three rings).
• Prepare new and renewal loan documents and ensure accurate processing to mitigate risk.
• Close and disburse loan proceeds and process booking loans within 10 days.
• Assist Financial Advisors in establishing new deposit relationships and monitoring portfolio risk.
