Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in financial services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with banking products.
• Knowledge of federal and state banking regulations and compliance.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects, in person and over the telephone. Support firm-wide achievement of the three-ring standard (all phones answered by a live person within three rings).
• Prepare new and renewal loan documents and ensure accurate processing of loan packages while mitigating risk.
• Open depository accounts, verify client credentials, obtain supporting documentation with zero CIP and deposit exceptions over 45 days.
• Effectively monitor portfolio risk regarding delinquencies, maturities, and overdrafts; maintain data accuracy to minimize impact.
• Meet with Financial Advisors and Credit Analysts to address tasks and coordinate timely actions.
