Qualifications

• Supervisory experience is required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise field cleaning crews, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions to equip staff with necessary skills and knowledge.
• Manage and order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies, maintaining operational readiness.
• Track employee hours and pay using company software and technology.
• Collaborate with the customer to guarantee timely completion of cleaning tasks and projects.
• Adhere to facility and company safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Undertake additional tasks and administrative duties as required to support operations.
