Job summary

PTS Advance in Minneapolis seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects from initiation to completion in a hybrid work environment. You will build strong client relationships, manage budgets, and drive on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has a technical engineering background with 5+ years of project management and a track record in facilities or utilities. PMP is a plus; join a respected firm delivering infrastructure and industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• At least five years of professional experience, including four years in engineering or technical project management.
• Experience in facilities, utilities, or oil & gas industries preferred.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact and define project objectives.
• Lead projects from planning through execution within budget and schedule.
• Develop project plans, coordinate resources, and establish timelines.
• Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks.
• Manage project scope and changes with proper approvals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Oversee invoicing and project documentation.
• Facilitate regular project meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and standards.
