Job summary

Patriot Growth Insurance Services in Taunton, MA is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Specialist to support Account Managers, Producers, and the department in servicing multiple books of business.

You'll handle endorsements, certificates, renewals, client inquiries, and communicate with carriers to ensure timely and accurate information, while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Previous experience working within a Commercial Lines insurance agency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Commercial Lines Account Managers, Producers, and Department Managers with day-to-day servicing activities across multiple books of business.
• Deliver exceptional client service by handling overflow calls, responding to inquiries, and helping resolve requests promptly and accurately.
• Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, and related policy documentation while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Assist clients with claim reporting and ensure claim information is communicated to carriers in a timely manner.
• Contribute to marketing, remarketing, and book rollover initiatives that help maintain strong client relationships and retention.
• Help sustain seamless client service by providing coverage for team members during absences and assisting with special projects and department initiatives.
