BancFirst Insurance Services in Oklahoma City is seeking a Full-Time Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our team. You will renew and write new business, analyze client needs, and collaborate with producers to deliver tailored risk management solutions.

The role emphasizes accuracy, professional communication, and a commitment to exceptional client service in a supportive, growth-minded environment.

Qualifications

• Current insurance license and should be working toward or hold the CISR designation.
• Typically have spent 1 to 2 years as a Processor and/or Assistant Account Manager.
• High School education required with college degree preferred or equivalent experience &/or education.
• Good working knowledge of Commercial Property/Casualty coverages.
• Ability to work with computer technology including use of Word and Excel or other relevant programs.
• Ability to operate computers and general office equipment.
• Aptitude for accuracy in mathematical calculations.
• Demonstrates professional tactful negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve objectives.
• Organizational and Time Management skills to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
• Verbal, written and interpersonal skills to interact with associates at all levels of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Renewal & new business conducting market discussions with producers.
• Enter applications in EPIC; prepare and send submissions to markets.
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and compare coverage options.
• Review quotes, make recommendations, and prepare proposals.
• Bind coverage and manage invoicing within renewal month.
• Prepare renewal certificates and issue Auto IDs; support policy checks.
