Job summary

Citi is seeking a part-time Teller in Paramus, New Jersey, to support daily branch services and transactions. You will interact directly with clients, process deposits and cash, and help identify referral opportunities for Citi products.

Must have prior customer service and sales experience.
Money handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients and provide a positive first impression through friendly and efficient customer service
Perform banking transactions including managing cash supply, deposits, and maintaining branch vault cash
Identify referral opportunities for new products and services based on client’s financial goals
Educate clients on digital and self-service options offered by Citi
Adhere to bank policies, controls, and regulatory procedures to ensure safety of client and bank assets
Ensure client needs are met and manage issues, escalating as needed
Maintain knowledge of client accounts and products offered
Deliver exceptional client experience measured by specific metrics
Assess risk in business decisions and escalate issues while upholding compliance and ethical standards
