Qualifications

• Knowledge of and ability to apply applicable federal/state banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with account transactions and inquiries, wire transfer requests and related currency handling.
• Monitor, maintain custody of, and balance drawer cash and coin.
• Complete required reports to document cash or negotiable instruments.
• Update and close consumer checking/savings accounts and safe deposit boxes.
• Assist clients with fraudulent activity dispute forms.
• Review ATM deposits to identify potential risks and initiate appropriate actions.
