• Sales and computer experience desirable

Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer banking transactions following bank policies for identification of customers and activity review.
• Determine customer needs to effectively sell bank products and services and refer to other Bank personnel.
• Exhibit understanding of account title structures and their impact on ownership, access to funds, and FDIC insurance coverage.
• Maintain knowledge of loan, investment, and merchant products and refer customers to Bank personnel as needed.
• Provide loan and deposit information regarding features, rates, terms and balances.
• Investigate and correct customer-reported errors; report unusual activity to management.
• Open Deposit Accounts.
• Maintain branch's safe deposit box system and manage rentals and access.
• Accept requests to wire funds.
• Submit instructions for account maintenance such as stop payments and debit cards.
• Understand regulatory requirements including BSA and deposit holds.
