Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Be the hospitality ambassador for the financial center, managing client flow and first contact for inquiries and referrals.
• Deliver accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and deepen relationships by identifying client needs and guiding them to appropriate partners.
• Educate clients on banking products and digital capabilities, while referring to specialists to meet long-term goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies and risk standards and handle routine requests within established limits
