Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (mobile app, online banking).
• Build relationships with clients through active listening and solution sharing.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank procedures.
