The Associate Banker will engage clients, educate on products, and collaborate with branch teammates to support customers’ financial goals, in a part-time capacity at the Loves Park location.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to engage clients and understand their needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues quickly with attention to detail.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, manage lobby queue, and schedule meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance and opening new accounts, while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking with Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for banking needs anytime.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaboratively helping clients achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices and ATM, while adhering to policies.
