• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day‑to‑day banking, including Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the branch team.
• Perform branch operations while adhering to bank procedures.
