Job summary

TD Bank seeks a client-focused banking professional at our Plymouth Meeting location to acquire and deepen client relationships through consultative engagement and personalized financial solutions, while delivering TD's trusted, relationship-led experience.

You will help clients navigate mortgage options, cross-sell TD products, and ensure risk and regulatory standards are met, with a strong emphasis on service, accuracy, and timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 1+ years of experience engaging with clients in a service, sales, or relationship building environment.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Experience educating clients on products and services in a consultative manner.
• Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS registration as required for the role.
• Notary License (or ability to obtain) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives client acquisition by engaging clients through walk-in opportunities, lead management, and outreach.
• Engages clients with curiosity and conducts discovery to uncover needs and priorities.
• Explains banking options clearly, including features, benefits, and risks.
• Delivers personalized solutions and next steps, connecting clients to TD products or partners.
• Maintains accurate documentation and adheres to risk and regulatory standards.
• Educates clients on TD products and digital capabilities to simplify everyday banking.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

1+ years in service/sales/relationship environment

Teller or cash-handling experience

NMLS registration ability

Notary License preferred
