Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities; ability to multi-task within a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients, uncover personal banking needs, offer appropriate solutions, and connect clients to specialists.
• Assist, educate, and train clients on self‑service technologies and simple transactions.
• Leverage resources to optimize client experience and ensure operational excellence and accuracy.
• Adhere to processes, laws, and guidelines in opening accounts and account maintenance.
• Manage client interactions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
