Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular Retail Banker in Raleigh, NC to deliver outstanding client service in person and over the phone, building and expanding client relationships with trusted financial guidance. You will provide deposit, loan and investment options aligned with client needs and collaborate with colleagues to grow the business.

Cross-training to perform teller duties is included, along with opportunities to refer clients to specialists, participate in training, and contribute to branch

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background checks.

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests and sales functions.
• Contributes to meeting service and branch sales targets through relationship development.
• Supports team sales by consultative conversations and referrals to internal specialists.
• Participates in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
