Ballston Spa National Bank (BSNB) seeks an enthusiastic Assistant Relationship Manager to join our Milton Crest Office. You will deliver a high-quality customer experience and process a range of financial transactions with a focus on detecting fraud and maintaining compliance.

You will support the Relationship Manager, assist with depository accounts and consumer lending, and help grow branch sales while coaching colleagues. AAssociate's degree and 1–3 years in sales/service are required.

Competenze

• Associate's degree in business or related field required.
• 1–3 years in a sales/service-oriented position with cash handling experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred and demonstrated customer service skills.
• Ability to use computer to input and retrieve data.

• Deliver high-quality customer experience and meet customers' needs.
• Process basic to complex financial service transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify opportunities of benefit and assist with depository accounts and lending.
• Serve as a referral source to other lines of business for needs and enhancements.
