Ballston Spa National Bank (BSNB) seeks an Assistant Relationship Manager for its Ravena Office to deliver excellent customer service, process routine to complex financial transactions, and support fraud detection and compliance. This role partners with the Relationship Manager to grow banking relationships and ensure smooth branch operations.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree, 1–3 years in sales/service with cash handling, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business or related field is required.
• 1–3 years' experience in a sales/service role with cash handling is required.
• Supervisory experience is preferred; strong customer service is essential; proficient data entry and computer use.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer experience and address customers' needs.
• Assist the Relationship Manager with daily branch operations and compliance tasks.
• Refer customers to other lines of business for additional products and services.
• Support achievement of branch sales goals and assist in coaching colleagues.
