Qualifications

• 3–5 years of PM experience in residential construction/remodeling.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication with the lead Project Manager.
• Attend weekly progress meetings with homeowners.
• Coordinate schedules with subcontractors and trade professionals.
• Review and update the five-week look ahead and overall schedule.
• Assist with budget updates and invoice review.
