Job summary

Jackson LeRoy is seeking a Project Manager to deliver an exceptional home building experience for clients, designers, and architects. The role centers on proactive communication, quality control, and representing the company professionally throughout the building process.

The successful candidate will manage client relations, coordinate with the production team, and ensure schedules, budgets, and inspections stay on track to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• 10 years of project management experience in the residential construction and remodeling industry.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, procuring materials, and working with subcontractors, vendors and clients.
• Organized, self-motivated, able to work independently, with a commitment to excellence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional home building experience for Jackson LeRoy clients
• Communicate with clients daily
• Provide information for weekly progress update
• Conduct a weekly job site meeting with the homeowner
• Maintain meeting minutes and distribute action item lists
• Update and review five week look ahead schedule
• Coordinate trade contractors’ schedules and interface with field to coordinate work
• Act as liaison with suppliers and trade professionals
• Ensure all project specifications, selections, and plans are communicated to field personnel and trade professionals
• Review project budget and communicate budgetary updates and forecasted amounts
