Job summary

KeyCorp's Buffalo branch seeks a part-time Teller who greets clients and processes transactions, helping them achieve financial goals. You will balance cash, assist with account services, and refer customers to a Banker for more complex needs.

You’ll participate in daily huddles, follow security procedures, and stay current on product guides while delivering high-quality service to our diverse community in Buffalo.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent business experience is required.
• Experience in client service and cash handling is required.
• Notary license preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows-based applications and calculator is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person client service at a Buffalo branch.
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy and reconcile cash drawer daily.
• Identify client financial needs and guide them to banking solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of product guides, fees, policies.
• Attend daily huddles and adhere to security procedures.
• Work Saturdays as directed by management.
