Job summary

RRD is seeking a Print Production Specialist to coordinate the production of printed materials and maintain positive customer relations throughout the manufacturing process.

You will gather job requirements, translate them into detailed instructions, review proofs, and coordinate with internal plants and external vendors to meet customer needs. The role requires strong communication, organization, and weekend/holiday availability, along with an HS diploma or equivalent and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers about job status and changes.
• Monitor progress and ensure final product meets customer requirements and standards.
