Job summary

This role involves handling deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and assisting with new accounts; occasional branch coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or working toward it.
• Prior client service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to perform basic math and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and process transactions accurately.
• Educate customers on banking products and services.
• Build relationships with current and new clients and identify needs.
• Balance daily transactions and maintain cash drawer accuracy.
• Attend branch meetings and assist at other branches as needed.
• Assist with opening new accounts by collecting client information.
