Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet and queue.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions and collaborating with the team to meet goals.
• Support branch operations and cash handling in line with bank procedures.
