Job summary

You will guide client flow, perform everyday banking transactions, and help clients feel informed and empowered to achieve financial goals while upholding risk and regulatory standards. The role requires excellent communication, strong organization, and the ability to educate clients on products, with optional Notary license preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Ability to work during evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients, guiding flow and delivering a high-touch experience.
• Deliver accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions while deepening relationships.
• Identify client needs and refer to appropriate partners to meet financial goals.
• Educate clients on products and self-serve solutions and recommend appropriate options.
• Maintain knowledge of basic banking products and regulatory standards.
