Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a Client Service Associate in White Plains, NY to be the welcoming face of the branch. You will guide client traffic, perform routine banking tasks, and identify opportunities to assist customers in achieving their financial goals while maintaining TD's risk and regulatory standards.

You will educate clients on banking products and digital options, handle cash with accuracy, and escalate complex issues as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience with clients or similar exposure.
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication, concise and clear.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Sound judgment and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients as the hospitality ambassador of the location.
• Process everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify client needs and refer to appropriate partners to meet financial goals.
• Educate clients on products, self-serve options, and digital tools.
• Handle a broad range of transactions within established limits.
• Escalate non-standard issues following proper procedures.
