Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships through active listening, questions, and empathy, collaborating with team members to reach goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
