Qualifications

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, manage lobby using a tablet, and schedule meetings.
Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and following policies.
Educate clients on daily banking and digital tools like Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with team to help achieve goals.
Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while following bank policies and procedures.
