Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking a Client Finance Analyst to join our growing team. This mid-level role is ideal for someone with at least three years of financial experience and a solid background in Excel.

You will support the senior finance manager and coordinate with project owners to ensure accurate project data and reconciliations. Responsibilities include maintaining rate cards, reviewing SOWs for rate card alignment, and handling monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have at least three years of financial working experience.
• Working knowledge of Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain client projects and ensure all data is accurate.
• Work with project owners and junior analysts to maintain project information.
• Review statements of work to ensure rate cards and financial data are correct.
• Maintain client rate cards and ensure they are up to date.
• Review and approve new projects within NetSuite and OpenAir with proper documentation.
• Collaborate with the account team to address queries in a timely manner.
• Assist in revenue tracker, forecast, and budget-related requests.
• Support the senior finance manager with revenue tracker updates.
