Job summary

RealWork Labs, Inc. in Austin, Texas is seeking a Website Installation Specialist to manage widget installation for new customers and coordinate with clients and agencies. You will ensure widgets render properly and troubleshoot placement on client sites, while engaging customers via calls, texts, and emails.

The role emphasizes client-facing communication, collaboration with internal teams, and fast learning in a startup environment. Experience with SEO, web apps, and WordPress/Wix is preferred.

Qualifications

• Understanding of SEO processes and optimization for websites.
• Experience with modern web applications, security and session management.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and data formulas.
• Experience with Facebook Business Manager.
• Canva/Photoshop experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of responsive HTML/CSS.
• 1+ years supporting website design and development.
• Experience with WordPress, Wix, GoDaddy, etc.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Adaptable and quick to learn new tech.
• Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a startup.

Responsibilities

• Manage website widget installation for new customers.
• Provide widget DIVs for client sites.
• Coordinate widget installation with clients and agencies.
• Outreach via phone, SMS, and email to move installations forward.
• Review client sites to confirm widgets display correctly.
• Assist clients with widget placement and site issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve website problems.
• Support pre-sale and onboarding with website capability questions.
• Process website-related account updates and new site installations.
• Maintain notes and status updates through the implementation process.
• Support Customer Service during peak times.
• Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
