FASTSIGNS Englewood is seeking a Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. You will be the primary contact for clients, handling phones, emails and in-person visits while coordinating sign placement surveys and creative solutions.

This role emphasizes organization, professional presentation, and teamwork in a growing center. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service, sales or project management, and any sign/graphics experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a customer service, sales or project management role preferred.
• Prior sign and graphics experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Be the positive, outgoing point of contact for clients and ideas.
• Organize to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
• Present a helpful and professional image to clients.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist walk-in clients.
• Survey client sites for sign placement, measurements and solution ideas.
• Provide creative solutions to visual communications challenges.
• Keep the center tidy and tour-ready for visitors.
• Write estimates, suggest solutions, and process orders.
• Manage projects through all phases (estimating, design, production, installation).
• Perform opening and closing duties for the center.
• Adapt to an ever-changing industry and collaborate with team.
