Job summary

Acara Solutions, an Aleron Company, is seeking a Program Manager to oversee staffing programs for a client, delivering exceptional service and managing the hiring process. You will supervise support staff, coordinate with the client, and optimize KPIs.

This on-site role requires collaboration across teams and travel as needed. The role emphasizes client relationships, process adherence, and proactive problem-solving to meet performance targets and drive successful outcomes for both the client

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR and/or staffing experience with knowledge of HR laws.
• Experience in client-facing roles within staffing programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with clients to understand business needs and ensure service delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and issue resolution.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery of program services and serve as the primary contact for customers and contractors.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
