Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in engineering (ChemE preferred) with 5–10 years related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Strong engineering judgement and ability to lead design activities.
• Experience directing engineers, piping designers and CAD designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of engineering documents ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors to develop equipment specifications.
• Manage small projects and project teams, including budgets and schedules.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and provide on-the-job training.
• Publish and present technical work to support development and initiatives.
