Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or related field preferred.
• Three to five years related experience in project related, customer facing field in oil and gas industry.
• Strong communication, organizational, planning and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Excel, MS Word, Project and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Sales-order-to-project completion ownership of all assigned orders/projects.
• Control project requirements, scope, delivery, installation and change management issues.
• Coordinate with sales, legal, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, field operations, and client to define and meet delivery expectations.
• Use Salesforce and Infor ERP Visual to maintain project information.
• Ensure documentation compliance for all orders.
• Lead kick-off meetings with customer and internal teams to confirm scope and delivery schedules.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians and equipment to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Create project entries in Field FX and manage installation data.
• Manage installation work orders, transfers, and daily progress tracking.
• Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and resolve issues to keep on time.
• Gather correspondence and reports to support customer communication.
• Manage change orders and ensure invoicing and collections.
• Manage customer feedback via CRS and coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain rental tracker and ensure field service tickets are invoiced.
• Obtain customer feedback through post-job and annual surveys.
• Organize lessons learned sessions to improve future performance.
