The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and possess outstanding customer service skills, enabling effective collaboration with Project Managers and other departments in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or office experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficiency with common computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders.
• Daily project oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress.
• Create preliminary estimates using estimating software.
• Review and validate job site documentation.
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end.
• Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed.
