• Experience implementing technology-based products or managing healthcare revenue cycle projects.
• Ability to gather business requirements from clients and translate into solutions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external resources for timely project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans with tasks and resource needs.
• Manage scope, schedule and cost changes and communicate risks.
• Lead client-facing meetings and present project updates and reports.
• Collaborate with Technical leads, Solution Architects, Product Management, Support, and Sales.
• Document decisions, actions and outcomes for ongoing service after implementation.
• Certify and maintain knowledge of RevSpring products and features.
