Job summary

Qualifications

• BA degree in a technical discipline or relevant equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years' experience as a project manager in a high-tech service environment or related field.
• On-call availability; evenings and weekend hours may be required.
• Willingness to travel 20–50% depending on region and project needs.
• English proficiency required; PM certifications (PMP, CSCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and align internal and external resources to meet the project schedule in a cost-effective manner.
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers pre- and post-sale.
• Develop project schedules and track progress against milestones; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Define scope, communicate scope changes, and manage changes to ensure customer acceptance.
• Manage all project documentation and handoff to service or customer teams.
