Job summary

• Handle escape issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Project management and communication across stakeholders.
• Develops and demonstrates understanding of the customer’s needs and manages expectations.
• Define/maintain Change Management with project stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships internally and externally.
• Develop customer relationships and manage day-to-day project issues.
• Provide project management/facilitation from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with Sales to validate cost/pricing assumptions and report on margins.
