Omnicom Media in New York is seeking a senior SEO lead who will be the primary day-to-day client contact on select business, develop and execute innovative SEO programs aligned with client goals, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver world-class results.

The role requires deep client knowledge, strategic planning, and the ability to translate analytics into compelling narratives for stakeholders, while building a high-performance SEO practice.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or related work experience.
• 8+ years of experience in online marketing, analytics, web development, content creation, or similar digital marketing tactics. Experience in a previous SEO role is required. SEM experience is a plus.
• Ability to judge and quantify results of SEO efforts and translate data into a story for clients.
• Proven ability to collaborate with, influence, and represent company philosophies to external parties; including clients and partner agencies.
• Continued enthusiasm toward the craft and the desire to educate oneself on the latest information.
• Experience in growing, managing, and inspiring teams; strong leadership and administrative skills.

• Identify opportunities and up-sell/cross-sell with VP/SVP.
• Liaise among client, partner agencies, and the SEO practice.
• Develop client/partner presentations with VP/SVP and contribute to enterprise strategy.
• Improve productivity with a focus on operational excellence.
• Support external Business Development and marketing initiatives.
• Set expectations, provide feedback, and develop the team.
• Cascade agency updates to the team.
• Partner on test-and-learn opportunities.
• Ensure the team has training to excel.
