Job summary

Protolabs in Plymouth, MN is seeking an Operations Project Manager to lead injection molding projects from kickoff to completion. This onsite role focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and delivering projects on time, with high quality and customer satisfaction.

You will build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, proactively manage progress, and drive operational excellence to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational and written/oral communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources to deliver projects on time and within quality standards.
• Develop and execute work plans for projects of moderate scope and complexity.
• Plan, schedule, and track timelines and deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Serve as the main client contact and liaison between customers, account managers, and internal teams.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
• Facilitate meetings, document requirements, and drive best practices for project execution.
