Responsibilities include on-site testing, parts replacements, site readiness, and maintaining strong customer relationships, with extensive travel to deploy systems globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• Proficiency in Linux, Python, and Git or equivalent version control tools.
• Hands-on electrical and mechanical debugging experience.
• Data-oriented mindset with data visualization skills.
• Experience deploying systems in logistics, healthcare, or manufacturing.
• Customer-first mindset with strong communication.
• Willingness to travel 90–100% for onsite deployments.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite hardware and software testing, troubleshooting, and deployment support for collaborative robotic systems.
• Perform parts replacements, robot retrofits, and system integration work to maintain operational standards.
• Conduct site readiness assessments, testing checklists, and prepare customer environments for deployment.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships grounded in trust, reliability, and mutual success.
• Create and maintain clear operational and technical documentation to support customer operations.
• Partner with Program Managers to drive consistent communication and project progress.
