Job summary

RSM in the United States seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead Microsoft 365 and infrastructure implementations. You will oversee client engagements from discovery through cutover and post-cutover support, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and value.

You’ll manage projects over $250,000, collaborate with IT/security teams, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years managing Microsoft 365 and infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading deployments from discovery through post-cutover support.
• Experience managing projects over $250,000.
• Familiarity with government contracting terminology (CUI, ITAR/EAR, FAR/DFARS).
• Knowledge of NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC Level 2 processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution on client engagements individually or in teams.
• Manage full deployments from discovery through cutover and hypercare.
• Oversee projects valued at more than $250,000 including migrations and modern desktop deployments.
• Coordinate remediation work with IT and security engineers across identity, network, and cloud domains.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and report status to clients.
• Create end-user documents and communications to support implementations.
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication and expertise.
• Direct and mentor project teams and escalate when necessary.
• Identify opportunities and support business development.
• Foster an inclusive, innovative team environment.
