Bold Orange is seeking a Technical Product Owner who leads client engagements, guides backlog strategy, and bridges client goals with engineering execution. The role emphasizes leadership, decision-making, and accountable delivery of marketing technology solutions.

You will work cross-functionally to translate requirements into epics and user stories, ensure clarity and delivery readiness, and drive outcomes that meet client expectations in a fast-paced Agile environment.

• 4+ years in a client-facing technology solution leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary technical contact for clients, ensuring marketing technology solutions align with goals.
• Conduct regular client meetings to gather feedback, communicate progress, and address concerns.
• Partner with technical delivery leads, data solution architects, and data analysts to understand data models and create visualizations/reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define epics, features, and user stories reflecting client needs and roadmaps.
• Prioritize and maintain the technology solution backlog based on business value, dependencies, and feedback.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and influence cross-functional teams.
• Pivot quickly to changing priorities while maintaining momentum and alignment.
• Own delivery readiness, clarity, and alignment within the team.
